What You’ll Do:
* Build & Expand the Loan Origination Team
Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing loan originators.
* Mentor & Coach – Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation to help loan originators succeed.
* Personal Production – Convert your own leads and close deals on fix-and-flip, RTL, rehab, ground-up construction, multi-family, and heavy construction loans.
* New Business Development – Expand relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and industry partners to drive new loan opportunities.
* Set & Achieve Growth Goals – Establish production targets for yourself and your team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Optimize & Streamline Processes – Work with internal teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth loan transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years experience in RTL and Non-QM loan origination (bridge, fix-and-flip, DSCR, multi-family, rental)
* A strong network of real estate investors and industry professionals
* A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
* Ability to navigate complex loan structures and provide creative solutions
